## What JabKeeper does

- Dose diary: medicine, prescribed dose, injection date, injection site (showing the next site in a fixed rotation) and notes.
- Reminders: local notifications the day before and on the injection day at the usual time, naming the medicine and dose the user entered.
- Weight progress: current weight, height, BMI (screening estimate), goal weight, weekly pace and an estimated goal date. Estimates only.
- Side-effect diary: symptoms and severity to discuss with a prescriber.
- Food log: calories and protein, optionally written to Apple Health as dietary energy.
- Optional Apple Health: reads and writes body weight, writes dietary energy. Dose records are never written to Apple Health.
- Optional Calendar: adds the next injection to the default calendar as one event with a one-hour alert, kept up to date and removed when Calendar is turned off.
- Light and dark mode, Automatic/Light/Dark setting in the app.

## Pricing

- Free: two dose records, local reminders, next-dose countdown and site rotation. Free records stay viewable, editable and deletable.
- Lifetime unlock: $9.99 USD one-time in-app purchase (local price shown by Apple). Unlimited dose history, weight and progress, side effects, food, Apple Health and Calendar. No subscription. Restore Purchases is supported.

## Privacy

- All diary data lives in a local SQLite database on the iPhone and is excluded from device backup. Deleting the app deletes the diary.
- The app is for adults 18+. It asks for explicit health-data consent on a separate screen before any health information is entered; Settings > Privacy & support > Withdraw consent and delete diary withdraws it and deletes the local diary.
- No user account, no cloud sync, no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK. The website has no analytics or tracking cookies; its host's Cloudflare network may set the strictly necessary `__cf_bm` security cookie.
- Apple Health, Calendar and notification permissions are optional and requested in context. No sale of personal or consumer health data.

## Medical disclaimer

JabKeeper does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, recommend a medicine or dose, or advise titration. BMI and goal dates are planning estimates, not predictions of treatment results. Users should follow their prescription and consult a qualified healthcare professional.
