- Physical measurements and goals: weight, height, goal weight and weekly pace, and calculated results such as BMI and estimated goal dates. Used to show your weight history, charts and progress.
- Symptoms and nutrition: symptoms and side effects, their severity and timing, and food, calorie and protein entries. Used to keep your symptom and food records.

2. Sources
You, when you use the app or email us; Apple Health, when you allow JabKeeper to read your body weight; someone you authorise to contact us; and your browser or device when you visit our website.
3. Categories we share
Weight and calorie entries, written to Apple Health if you turn on Health sync; your next injection's date, medicine and dose, added to your default calendar if you turn on Calendar; support emails, handled by our email provider; website connection information, handled by our hosting and security providers; and information we hold, where the law requires disclosure.
4. Third parties and affiliates
Apple (Apple Health), the calendar provider behind your default calendar, Google (our Gmail support mailbox), Laravel Cloud and Cloudflare (website hosting and security), professional advisers where a specific request requires it, and courts or authorities where the law requires it. We do not share consumer health data with any affiliate, and we do not sell it.
5. Why we collect, use and share it
To provide the diary and the reminders, charts and integrations you ask for; to answer your support, rights and complaint requests; to deliver and protect our website; and to comply with the law. We do not use consumer health data for advertising.
6. How it is processed
Diary data is stored and processed only in a local database on your device, excluded from device backups. We do not receive it and cannot view it. Apple Health and Calendar receive the entries described above only after you turn those features on and grant Apple's permission. Support emails are stored in our Gmail mailbox and kept only as long as needed to resolve your request. Website connection information is processed by our hosting and security providers.
7. How to make a request
You can ask us to confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data; give you a list of all third parties with whom we have shared it or to whom we have sold it; stop collecting, sharing or selling it; or delete it.
Email matilde.enevoldsen19@gmail.com or write to our registered office, marked “JabKeeper Health Privacy”, and tell us what you would like us to do. You do not need an account. We may ask for reasonable information to authenticate your request.
We respond within 45 days after authenticating your request, and may extend this once by up to 45 more days when reasonably necessary, telling you why within the first 45 days. We delete consumer health data covered by a deletion request within 30 days after authenticating the request, and notify the processors and third parties we shared it with.
In the app, you can also withdraw your consent and delete the whole diary from your device: go to Settings, Privacy & support, and choose Withdraw consent and delete diary.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision or emailing us with the word “Appeal”. Within 45 days of receiving your appeal, we will tell you in writing what we did or did not do, and why. If we deny your appeal, you can contact the Nevada Attorney General.
8. Reviewing and changing your data
You can review, edit and delete your diary entries at any time in the app. To review or correct information we hold, such as support emails, contact us as described in section 7.
9. Changes to this policy
We change the effective date shown on this page whenever we update this policy. For a material change, we also give notice on our website and in the app before the change takes effect. We will not collect, use or share consumer health data in a new category, for a new purpose or with a new third party without first telling you and obtaining your affirmative, voluntary consent.
10. Tracking by third parties
No. We do not allow any third party to collect consumer health data about you over time and across different websites or online services through JabKeeper or jabkeeper.com.
