Reminders
In JabKeeper Settings, check that reminders are on and the time is correct. In iPhone Settings, allow notifications for JabKeeper. Low Power Mode and Focus may change when iOS presents a notification.
Apple Health
JabKeeper can read and write body weight and write dietary energy only after you grant access. Manage access in the Health app. Dose records are not written to Apple Health.
Calendar
Turn on Calendar in JabKeeper Settings and approve Apple’s permission prompt. JabKeeper adds your next injection to your default calendar and keeps it up to date. Turning Calendar off removes the event while calendar access is allowed.
Restore a purchase
Open the JabKeeper Pro screen and choose Restore purchase while signed into the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Apple handles payment and restoration.
Delete your data
Your JabKeeper diary is stored on this device. Delete individual entries in the app, or delete the whole diary with Settings, Privacy & support, Withdraw consent and delete diary. Apple Health entries, and any Calendar event JabKeeper could not remove, must be deleted in those Apple apps.
Moving to another iPhone
JabKeeper does not run a cloud account or sync its local diary. Apple Health or Calendar may separately sync data through your Apple settings, but JabKeeper dose and symptom history may not transfer.

To access, correct or delete personal information we hold, ask about consent, appeal a decision or make a complaint, email us. Our Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy and Nevada Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explain your rights and our response times.
Terms and refunds
The Terms and Conditions explain the one-time unlock and your consumer rights. For a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem, and contact us too if something isn’t working as described.

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, JabKeeper version and the steps that led to the problem. Please do not email sensitive medical details you do not want included in a support message.
Medical help
JabKeeper support cannot advise on medicines, doses or symptoms. Contact your prescriber, pharmacist or local medical service for health advice. Call your local emergency number if you may be experiencing an emergency.
